Once your order is placed, please allow 3 – 5 business days for assembly depending on the doll and an additional 3-7 business days for shipping.  All our dolls are hand made and thoroughly tested for quality before shipping.

When shipped, you will be provided with the Fedex or UPS tracking number.  All packaging is discreet, there are no labels, markings, or logos.

We take product quality extremely seriously, every doll is thoroughly inspected and tested before leaving our studio.

Due to the natural of the product, we do not allow returned or offer refunds for any other reason than a product damaged on arrival,so be sure to take a video of opening the package before you open it.

Order Cancellations

All dolls are custom made to order to the customers specifications and immediately sent for processing once payment as been received, for this reason all customers are allowed only 24 hours in-which it would be possible to cancel an order subject to a 10% cancelation fee depending on the progress of the order. Once 24 hours have passed it is then no longer possible to cancel any order as the doll will be well into production and high costs will be incurred.

We do not offer refunds for any other reason other than a product damaged on arrival. We will need images of the damage to assess the claim before we decide if it has in-fact been damaged during transit.

International Orders: Customs Taxes and Import Duties

We charge a pre-paid customs tax to all European Counties which costs $100.

Delivery Notes

Some remote areas may not be delivered. If the customer does not confirm whether the address belongs to a remote area, it is recommended to contact us firstly.For example, military base, Puerto Rico, Guam, Hawaii(Not native to the continental United States)etc.
